When ordering footwear over the phone or by email, it’s important for the customer to know the size of their foot. For these types of footwear, it’s usually necessary to measure with a slight size reserve, roughly about half a size larger.

If there are doubts about the correct size of the foot or other anomalies on the feet (different sizes, various protrusions on the sides and underneath), I recommend measuring the foot as follows:
– Stand on a piece of paper and step firmly
– Have a second person (for accuracy) trace around your foot
– Ensure the pen is held perpendicular to the paper, and the outline of the pen should mirror your foot
– You should, of course, stand with a well-supported foot
– Then measure the longest length from the heel to the end of the big toe
